Q:
Are there residents currently living in Brooks Park that I might speak to about the community?
A:
Since we just broke ground, there are a few residents to speak with. However, there are also many residents in other Asset Midwest communities you can speak with. We are underway with Section I and II. Please call Carol Tucker of Asset Midwest at (317) 514-4175 and she will help facilitate your request.
Q:
How long will it take to build out the entire project?
A:
We projected to be completed by the close of 2010. With current inquiries and pre-sales, we seem to be on target.
Q:
I have a house style in mind. How can I know if it will be approved?
A:
A member of the Asset Midwest Architectural Review Board would be happy to meet with you and provide guidance on plan design. The Architectural Board will review all plans to ensure compliance with Brooks Park building guidelines and requirements. This maybe done at any time during the purchase process. Before applying for building permits, all final plans must be bear official stamp of approval. The Architectural Board must also maintain a complete copy of plans and home platted on purchased lot.

Will Brooks Park have any amenities?
A:
Yes! Amenities will include a cluster of pools for adults, teens and a wading pool for the little ones, a playground, and walking paths that connect Brooks Park all the way to Geist Elementary School.
Q:
What builders can build in Brooks Park? Can I use my own custom home builder?
A:
Brooks Park is open to approved custom home builders with approved plans. Therefore, if you have a custom home builder you have worked with before, you may be able to work with them again.
Q:
What is the easiest way for people from out of town to obtain information about Brooks Park?
A:

Where are other buyers coming from? Do any of them have children at home?
A:
We are seeing buyers moving to the Geist area from Carmel, Fishers, Greenfield, other Geist communities, out–of–town, and out–of–state.
Q:
Will there be a neighborhood association formed for Brooks Park?
A:
Eventually. The Developer will continue to manage the sales of all home sites and architectural approval of new home construction until all homesites are sold.
