How long will it take to sell out the entire project?
A:
We are sold out of lots for this community. For your custom home site needs, look to Brooks Park located directly across from Brooks Landing.
Q:
I have a house style in mind. How can I know if it will be approved?
A:
A member of the Asset Midwest Architectural Review Board would be happy to meet with you and provide guidance on plan design. The Architectural Board will review all plans to ensure compliance with Brooks Landing and Brooks Manor building guidelines and requirements. This maybe done at any time during the purchase process. Before applying for building permits, all final plans must bear the official stamp of approval. The Architectural Board must also maintain a complete copy of plans and home platted on purchased lot.

A:
Yes! There is both a pool and wading pool for the little ones. The current sales office is planned for a future clubhouse and the Homeowners Association will be planning an area designated for playground equipment.

What builders can build in Brooks Landing? Can I use my own builder?
A:
Brooks Landing is open to custom builders with approved plans. Therefore, if you have a custom builder you have worked with before, you can work with them again. We also feature a list of custom builders whom have built in Brooks Landing and we highly recommend.

Where are other buyers coming from? Do any of them have children at home?
A:

Buyers at Brooks Landing are moving from Carmel, Fishers, Greenfield, other Geist communities, out–of–town, and out–of–state.

There are already children of varying ages living in this neighborhood. The Homeowners Association is compiling a complete list of families, addresses, phone numbers, however, this information is not available to the public.

Q:
Will there be a neighborhood association formed for Brooks Landing?
A:
The Home Owners Association officers have assumed the management of all common areas of the community and upholding the covenants and restrictions amongst residents. The Developer will continue to manage the sales of all remaining home sites and architectural approval of new home construction.
